Led the creation of all 2D layouts and 3D visualizations during the planning phase, ensuring a cohesive and functional site design. Oversaw on-site installation, managing the setup and preparation of vendor containers, and directed the development and execution of all site-wide signage. During live operations, managed both pre-opening and active festival hours, maintaining seamless day-to-day execution.
